Super friendly and amicable staff always on hand. Magnificent location for our needs, not far from many attractions and fast food restaurants and downtown. For tea or coffee visit Soba Cafe Sarrasin nearby. Smooth check in and in general attentive service. Everything great. Excellent experience there.

The location was amazing, at a short distance from a historic marketplace. Everyone who worked there was super friendly and affable. The unit we got was new-fashioned and absolutely fantastic with a window of opaque glasses, shower, for instance.

I recently stayed at a hotel in the heart of Kyoto and had a wonderful experience. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the Gojo subway station and close to various convenience stores and restaurants. The room was impeccably clean and had all the amenities we needed, including a bathtub and phone charging cable. We even had access to direct drinking water, eliminating the need to buy bottled water. The breakfast options were diverse, and my child enjoyed a specially made kid bento. it was a pleasant stay at Watermark Hotel.

The hotel was in a very nice central and unbeatable location, next to the subway station. Moreover, it's just next door to Kyoto and surrounding area and a large and the main landmarks.
